I’m so grateful to have had Phoebe as a mentor and friend over the past few years as I’ve navigated the beginnings of my career in entertainment. I only wish I had met her sooner when I was a young college student struggling to get my foot in the door! From the day I started at FOX as an assistant almost a decade ago, Phoebe cemented herself in my life as an invaluable mentor. Through the years she has become the first person I turn to for advice and guidance as I’ve navigated the world of unscripted television. While I was working my way up at FOX, she was always helping me along, making sure I was a well-rounded executive that considered every aspect of the production and advocating me at every turn. She inspired me to be curious and strong and creative, all things that have been extremely important in my career. Even after she left FOX, she continues to be someone I rely on for guidance and motivation, and I am so grateful for our relationship.

Phoebe was my first mentor in the entertainment industry, and I truly owe my career to her. Her invaluable mentorship, combined with her generosity in sharing her knowledge, shaped my path. Despite her established success, she always took the time to teach and guide me. Even years later, I still rely on the lessons she imparted.

Thank you for being that mentor to me and so many countless others. Thank you for inspiring me. For showing me the way and for being a constant advocate. For teaching me to always reach for the stars and never stop trying to break the glass ceiling. I’m forever grateful. 

Phoebe is the epitome of incredible. From meeting her in 2020 at Fox Entertainment to working with her on set until 3AM years later, her work ethic, confidence, and knowledge of the industry surpasses anyone I have ever met. She commands a room’s attention and brings everyone together. And, as my mentor, she has continued to provide outstanding guidance and support as I navigate my ever-changing career.
